Property Description
Located in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks, Lakeview Resort stretches over three peninsulas and one mile of shoreline. The resort has great amenities such as an outdoor pool (available Memorial-Labor Day), a natural pebble beach, two playgrounds, and shuffleboard. Please bring your confirmation to the front desk. You may check-in any time after 4:30 p.m. You must be 21 years of age or older to make any reservation at Lakeview Resort. Smoking units are available upon request. The pool is closed from Thanksgiving to March 1st. If you arrive after hours or if the office is closed, there will be a map on the front door with your name on it. The map shows you how to get to your rental. The unit will be unlocked and ready for you. The light will be on with a key inside. Formally check-in the following morning.

    From Columbia Airport (88SW): 1. Start out going West on E Broadway toward MO-163/S Providence Rd. 2. Turn Right onto MO-163/N Providence Rd. 3. Merge onto I-70 W via the ramp on the Left. 4. Take the MO-5/Ashley Rd. exit toward Boonville/Tipton. 5. Turn Left onto I-70 BL/US-40/MO-5/W Ashley Rd. Continue to follow MO-5. 6. Turn Right to stay on MO-5. 7. Keep Right at the fork to continue on MO-5. 8. Turn Left onto 33rd St/Lake Rd 5-33. 9. Lake Rd 5-33 becomes Everglade Rd. 10. Stay Straight to go onto Park Ave. 11. Turn Left onto Lakeview. 12. End at 328 Lakeview. The Lake Of The Ozarks has wonderful lakeside lodging and dining with spectacular views in a tranquil environment. The lake also boasts much activity with night clubs, marinas, boating, and water sports. Solace can be found by navigating the many coves, inlets, and waterways.

    If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, there is no refund.
